Enter one activity: its name, the organization and whatever facts you have. You get a scorecard, what to fix first, questions that dig up your numbers, and a rewrite built only from your facts.
Coach Jun's SWI formula and Coach Tony's verb-context-metrics: start every phrase with a strong verb, say what you did, end on the result.
Coach Art's rule. Count the people, hours, dollars and events. Give every ranking its field size: "3rd of 2,000".
No "I", no "was responsible for". Periods between phrases, the same style in every entry. ~ + & and numerals save characters.
Readers don't need the organization's mission statement. Put your role, your actions and your results in the space.
Show growth inside one entry: "President 11-12. VP 10. Member 9." Don't list the same club twice.
The blurb proves what you did. Save the reflection for your Personal Insight Questions, the "whats vs whys" split.
